How does Raspbian handle Scratch 2.0?

Thu Feb 15, 2018 12:35 pm

not sure where this topic should go :-/
Raspbian is a Linux-based system.
Adobe AIR for Linux is no longer supported.
Scratch requires Adobe AIR.

How does Scratch (sort of, it doesn't work like it should be) work on Raspbian? (If you don't know, Scratch 1.4 and 2.0 both come pre-installed with Raspbian)
There's a reason I haven't been active on this forum in the last few days

Main PC info

Scratch 2 is based on Flash and can run in a browser. Adobe AIR is a way to turn Flash into something that resembles a real desktop application. Another way of doing that is 'Electron', which is stripped down chromium and what we use. I'll avoid going on a rant about Electron.
