Froyo on the Pi?

Can anyone point me to stock Google signed froyo zip? I would like to try and port froyo to the raspberry pi. Anyone who wants to help my email is milesnicholson98@gmail.com

Why find a signed zip. Why not build from source?

Should get you close. You will need a linux computer (most guides are written for ubuntu). Then it's just a lot of trial and error.

It will be unbearably slow, the gpu drivers do not work.

there are no official drivers, the module we were working on does not work in its current state.

In all honesty, from what you have said in this thread it looks like you will get nowhere nearer to android on the pi than anyone else as you appear to not know what you are doing. Android on pi is not something you can do without experience, and physically impossible to do with a signed image, you need source.

I actually have quite a lot of experience developing. Just not with android. I mostly write iOS and Mac OS applications.

It's a very different thing. Apps easy, porting OS hard.
