Raspberry Pi is not an Android device and it doesn't have Google Play certification. No one can _legally_ provide you any image with Google services included.

Maybe you can't. There's no commercial use Android that will run on ANY Raspberry Pi. You're tilting at windmills and have the wrong hardware for the task you're trying to do.

"maybe" but you risk of getting sued, you need to consult an IP Lawyer if using software for commercial purposes.

Maybe find a ARMHF Linux alternative ?

Hi,

I recently searched for Android for Raspberry Pi for commercial use, the only one I found was emteria.OS, which is paid: https://emteria.com/

Here is a complete writeup of what I found, in case you are interested: https://slideshow.digital/2020/04/andro ... pberry-pi/
The conclusion is that for most usages, it is better (cheaper, easier...) to get an Android box from China.
