Disable Velocity Movement Android 4.0

So I download the Android 4 image, but I keep loosing the cursor due to velocity movement on my mouse.

If I move my mouse quickly and then stop (Not enough for the cursor to get across the screen normally) the cursor will keep moving and eventually stop due to some weird physics engine.

Anyway to disable this and make the mouse move like on any other computer?

The 4.0 build was more of a POC, it will crash and crash and crash

Where do you even get android 4.0, i've seen unreleased versions, and that's it
