I need the elegoo ble tool on my raspberry pi for a project is there anyway to do this

Thats an Android only tool.

You may be able to load it on a Pi version of Android - see https://www.raspberrypi.org/magpi/android-raspberry-pi/ but you may need to contact the suppliers direct at service@elegoo.com They are more Android than Pi but may help.
