Raspberry with Android 7.0 nougat with 10 "touchscreen monitor

hi,we are making a small program with raspberry pi 3 where we installed the operating system android nougat 7.0, a similar we would like to manage a touch screen monitor 10 ". Is possible in your opinion to make the touch via usb with android? or do I have to pilot on the GPIO?If yes, how do I set up pin configuration on android?
