Android M on 7" screen

Hello

Im trying to install Android Marshmellow. I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LXrPrfZ4y4 (i also tried other tutorials).

But my problem is that it only displays on half of the screen and also just like 1/4 of the full image.
I guess that the problem is that its set to 1080p. Is there any way that i can fix this?
