Status of RazDroid

Hey! I just ordered my Pi, and heard about android running on it! I read the "Read this first" thread, so I understand that it is VERY unstable at this point due to lack of hardware acceleration. What is the status now? Still being worked on by brodcom? Or another case of vaporware?

Yep, The archive name kind of tricked me
But really, If Android 4.0 was not that stable then what about Android 2.3?
It must be a little more stable.

Android realy needs gpu acceleration
the later versions rely heavily on that and the non gpu code seems to of been broken slowly through the versions =/

I realize you guys are using android 4.0, not what I wanted, I do not have a pi, I will get one soon. I can probably build android 4.2, I would not know how to get the iMage and share so ill see what I can do, i am heavily researching mini pcs, and once I realized that they would be too expensive, and need a signal converter for the mk802, so I will probably order a PI on Saturday.

At this moment in time, any android builds will run at the pace of a ps2 emulator without dynarec..

No one has build 4.2 because 4.2 is horridly broken, and yes we have tried to compile it,
also you just run android off of the sd card,
