make raspberry pi 3 B with android as an access point/wifi repeater

hi,
how do i do that?
i have searched in the internet and all that i find is using some linux distribution
but my problem is that in my android device i have many wifi passwords associated and i
want to use them make an raspberry pi 3 B with android as an access point/wifi repeater and give internet to some other users that do not have the wifi login data

This is nothing to do with Android, because even if that runs on a RPi it's not supported here. With Raspbian and an RPi3B or RPiZW you can easily make it into an AP.

so, there is no way to have the RPi3B running the android OS to work as an access point/wifi repeater ?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raspbian is based on the debian OS. so i dont know how to put my passwords associated with my google account into it. do u know how?

Why would an access point need to know your google account details? Surely that's down the device using it as an access point.

well, as i said above, with my gmail account i have a password associated with the WiFi network from the home where i live now. so, if i will have an android WiFi access point, when i login into it, all the WiFi passwords are transferred to the new device.
i would like to somehow to transfer the passwords into my windows 10 OS but i dont know how to do that :(
