No, because there is a USB Hub Chipset on the USB2 Bus........

Pi3 doesn't have OTG. Pi Zero has that.
Pi3 has USB host mode. You can plug in slave devices like keyboards, memory sticks and sound cards.
It doesn't have slave mode, so the Pi3 won't appear as a device connected to your PC or Mac.

So, if i used Android Things image on my Raspberry Pi 3, i wouldn't be able to connect mouse or keyboard to it ?

Yes you would because it would use host mode, not OTG mode to connect mice and keyboards, OTG mode would mean the PI would *act* like a mouse or keyboard.
