Chroma Key in Frame Buffer

Hello,
I'm trying to set the ChromaKey in FB0 in order to show video under a QT application.
I have found that setting the pixels to 0x00000a value, I have a transparency,
but I don't know where is setted this value or how I could change it?
Anybody has information about doing this?
