Raspbian and 240M ram

Is possible to have 240M ram, and only 16M for gpu and(if) how to do this?
Rpi use only for networking(console)

I have never seen any suggestion that the RAM allocated to the GPU can be reduced below 32M so I expect this is the minimum. I could be proved wrong though

Everything I've seen says that the GPU has to have 32MB of ram minimum to operate
