To process a bug requires first understanding what the problem is (which in turn requires understanding what the package in question is supposed to do). Then (unless it's really obvious) checking if it's reproducable on a debian system too. If it is reproducable on debian it can be reported to them. If not then a root cause needs to be found. We (unlike say ubuntu) simply don't have the manpower to do that for every bug in an obscure package that someone reports to us. So if you want to get bugs fixed you will have to do that yourself.
Sorry.
P.S. if anyone wants to go through raspbian bugs and process them it would be much appreciated.
