Migrate from PI3B+ to PI4

Hi!
I have a PI3B+ and I would like to replace with a new PI4.
Is it possible to use the Raspbian Buster already installed on the SD card directly into the new PI4?
Or should I do some modification for the drivers?

You should be OK if you're already running Buster.
To make sure you can run 'sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade' with the card in the 3B+
