Virtualisation on Pi 4

Sun Aug 11, 2019 8:27 am

Given that lots of use cases can make do with as little as 256M of RAM (which is what the original Pi had) the Pi 4 definitely makes itself a good candidate for virtualisation. Docker is relatively easy to get running on a Pi, but I would like to look at options to get a more complete OS running virtualised. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck running LXC or KVM on a Pi4.

LXC works great. I have a 2 GB RPi4 running a lxc serving up openvpn, wireguard, and pihole each in their own lxc container. See:
