Tue Jul 10, 2018 7:25 pm

Hello together,

currently i am looking for a solution to have access to raspberry pis, that are connected to the internet via lte module.
on the lte i have only a shared ip address, so i need another soluton to have access to it.
I have configuried a VPN tunnel . that is working without problems.
But when the vpn connection brake down i need another solution.
Is there a Software, that i can install on a server and the raspi automaticly connect to it . So i have a connection to it to the shell ?
Similar to teamviewer. But on the zero there is no chance to have teamviewer. I heared from chayenne mydevices.
But it is on the cloud. is there another software to host myself?

I'm using VPN to do so. What do you mean by when VPN brake down ?

I never had any such issue, or it was a complete system crash (no other solution than unplug the pi).

I setup VPN. It's the most reliable solution for me. Did you had trouble with it ?
RPI2B 7/24 - web, NAS/media, Owncloud and more
RPI0 7/24 - VPN, DHCP, DNS (including filtering), wakeonlan proxy
RPI0W - VPN gateway providing secure WIFI AP and network router, some kind of internet BOX when on the move ;)

Return to “Raspbian”
