Add additional DNS servers

Wed Feb 14, 2018 6:32 pm

Hello all,

I'm using Raspbian Jessie and I'd like to add Google DNS servers to the list of DNS servers supplied by my DHCP server (my router). I've been trying several configuration files to add the additional DNS servers, but I'm not able to make them appear at /etc/resolv.con file.

So, is there anyone here that knows how to add additional DNS servers to all interfaces in Raspbian Jessie?

Thanks in advance!

Normally you disable "use DNS from DHCP" and have to enter all entries manually. So you just add googles DNS and your router to that list.
But I have to say I havent done this in the Pi desktop lately, this is what I see in other Operating systems.

Have you thought about the more mundane option of changing the settings in your router?
