Two soundcards using pulse

I have a python project which is expecting to connect to pulse audio. I have a USB sound card which is a transceiver to a headset which has a speaker and a mic: https://www.amazon.com/Pyle-Transmissio ... microphone
I want to set up pulse to take audio from the mic in the Pyle and output sound through the 1/8 jack that's built into the pi.
