File manager with support for Dropbox

Wed Sep 13, 2017 8:12 am

I am looking for file manager that supports Dropbox. When I am saying supports Dropbox I mean that it can access (view) my files on Dropbox server and download some files if needed. I don't need full sync option.

Pi 2 running LibreElec Krypton, Pi 2 running Wheezy Desktop, Pi 1 headless Wheezy, downloading Radio, Pi 1 running Picore headless Media Server, Pi Zero to be an Old Time Radio Project. Pi 3 testing. Pi Zero W downloading Radio shows headless.

Steve, thank you for the quick reply.

The thing is that I don't need sync or upload option because I have 20 GB on my Dropbox account and I don't have a that much space on my RPi and I don't need all those files on my RPi. I only need from time to time some files from my Dropbox so I just need to have access/view files on my account and download some of them. Something like X-plore for android has.

I've solved this with "rclone" and option "mount". With rclone you can use dropbox (and other cloud services) from any file manager.
Very powerful and easy to use tool.
