Well it is time for the marithon of getting the minimal Raspbian setup while I have internet, and it looks like I have a lot more work than planned, as there have been zero responces to the issue of what packages come preinstalled in the Raspbian lite (what I have been looking to find before I start).
I will begin with installing x11, x11-apps, vtwm, and synaptic (and the GTK dependancies of synaptic

), so that I can use synaptic to look at what is installed, and remove some of the extra stuff. It will make it interesting.
Once that is done I will be installing WiringPi, Slic3r, OpenSCAD, x11-dev, xlib-dev, xcb-dev, PropLoader, OpenSPIN, mtpaint and a large list of things that I have in a text file though am not thinking about at the moment.
This will be very interesting. Plan to begin in a few minutes, if all goes to plan.
The interesting part will be making back up copies of the system once completely configured. I may have to see what the Independence are for piclone, if few enough I may just install it.
