Openbox as primary Window manager instead of LXDesktopEnviro

is it possible when i startx the device to have Openbox/FluxBox/IceWm instead of LXDE?

Installing slim DM allows you to pick & choose which WM that you wish to use, by default. There is a forum post in this section about slim. Admittedly, it means adding a bit of software but certainly was easy when I tried it.
