Please help

I am trying to set up a VPN on my Pi.
I have followed several tutorial, going through all the steps very carefully.
However my Pi never seems to be able to find pptpd.config file and therefore I can never get past this.

I have also tried OpenVPN, but again files seem to be missing (examples/easy-rsa/2.0 )
What am I doing wrong - (yes I have updated and upgraded and installed) ?

Is there a download with all of the files that I can access.
