Menu task bar adjust?

heya,
I want to adjust the menu task bar
the following should be erased:
epiphany, mathematica, wolfram
I want to add: Iceweasel, geany.
How to do it?

Right click on one of them, select "Application Launch Bar Settings".
The current "Launchers" are shown in the left pane, select one and you can remove it.
Click in the right pane and navigate the menu listing, and pick what you want to add to the "Launchers" list.

thanks, I checked this before, but I only find items like
"Volume Control", "Digital Clock" "cpu duty", "WiFi networks" (translated from german),
but nothing about file manager, epiphany, wolfram, or mathematica... :-/

You're right clicking in the wrong place, and you're getting the lxpanel add/remove.
Right click ON the browser, file manager, or terminal icons, so you're in the "Launchbar" section of lxpanel. In the popup that appears you should then have "Application Launch Bar Settings" at the top of the list.
