you probably can't, as composite TV out makes for very lousy pictures, like these:

Its just that composite is very bandwidth limited, you can turn off color, to slightly increase picture resolution, with the entry SDTV_DISABLE_COLOURBURST=1 in config.txt, but it will still not be a good picture.

Older computers, like sinclair spectrums, commodore 64, and BBC computers, created TV pictures that are tailored to the poor resolution of a TV, like having no more than 40 columns of text.

if you can switch to a monitor with digital inputs like DVI, or HDMI, they can be connected directly to a PI.

I don't know where you live, but in the western world you can pick up a second hand monitor with DVI-D for about $10.
Don't buy a VGA monitor, it will be better, but you will need to buy a HDMI to VGA converter, which can be a PITA to get to work. Or you can try Gert van Loo's 666 VGA hardware.

Yes, its from this page:

Interestingly the page is also from India!

Seemingly it isn't to bad on his TV, but your mileage may vary.

by the way, the dark bar in the top of his picture is probably an effect of his camera, (shutter not synchronizing with TV picture frame) It won't be in the picture he sees.
