I am using the Pi2. I have NOOBS installed, but I see their isn't much included. I want to install a other version such as one of the media center version. Durring boot, I tried holding the shift button down to get back to the boot or recovery screen, but it doesn't do anything. just ends up going to the login prompt. What am I doing wrong?
I don't have a micro sd adapter yet.

Try toggling one or other of the 'Shift' keys rather than just holding? What model/type of keyboard are you using? (NOOBS can be slow to detect some wireless keyboards, thus reducing the "window of opportunity" for 'Shift' key detection.)dafly wrote:I am using the Pi2. It's also possible to force recovery mode:
