I've been writing a terminal emulator (VT100ish) for Atmel XMegas, and have just started using a 1" wide 128x64 OLED screen as the output.
Here's a picture of it frankensteined to my Raspberry Pi, showing the boot output.

I'm hoping that with the addition of 'cursor key' buttons (or possibly a rotary encoder) for input, it'll be usable as a simple user interface.
Any comments?

can it run X windows ? :-) Seriously though, looks very cute, small but good contrast. I thought OLED screens were pretty expensive relative to LCD. Where did you get this, is it this one? http://www.gabotronics.com/product-info ... otolab.htm

Yup, it's an XProtolab board (a great little board), running my own firmware.
I had been running it on one of my own XMega AV boards (with 40x25 characters) until recently, outputting the text as a composite TV signal, but that's a little redundant with a Raspberry Pi :D
