Should work. (128GB SD cards worked on the B+ with a SD -> microSD adapter)

It needs special handling to get NOOBS copied on to a 64GB card.

Also be extremely careful about buying a genuine card, 64GB is the common capacity for the fake cards from China.

Win32DiskImager can't used for NOOBS. Getting NOOBS on a card is a simple unzip job. The NOOBS/64GB problem is that you have to reformat the first primary partition as FAT32 before unzipping NOOBS on to it.

If you stick a Raspbian.img file on a 64GB card with the imager you won't have any troubles.

Create the partition & format the card using EaseUS Partition Master. When creating the Partition, select "FAT32", and make sure it is a "Primary" partition and not set to "Logical".
It also seems to make some difference when you tick the "Optimize for SSD" (which I recommend ticking).

That's all you have to do, and the card (regardless of capacity) will be ready for use in your RPi2.

I'm running both 64GB and 128GB MicroSDXC in mine.
