Windows RT and Rpi

Fri Jun 22, 2012 12:18 pm

Hey,
I was wondering- If Windows RT is about to be the OS for ARM based devices, why dont they want to make it avaible for Rpi? I mean, afaik it wont be distributed as an separate product. Do u guys (regarding the fact that Microsoft would not want that) think that it will be somehow possible to run that OS on other than Surface devices?

This is a very FAQ http://www.raspberrypi.org/faqs
In addition to not being a MS partner, the minimum CPU needed for Windows ARM is the next generation on from the ARM CPU in the Raspi.
