Pi as a VPN client

Fri Oct 03, 2014 8:55 pm

Hello

I was thinking about creating a Raspberry Pi as a VPN client.

Does anyone know if this has been attempted before?

Basically, what i am looking for is for the RP to use a ethernet input from a SCADA device, and wrap it in a VPN wrapper, and establish a connection to a VPN provider (currently, a sonicwall unit). the sonic wall will take the data from the VPN wrap and place it on a different network.

any ideas?

thanks
tony
