if it legal to sell pi rom?

Hi, just wonder if after i set up my pi and configure it well with all the apps and setting, can I sell the image legally?

By "rom" do you mean SD card?
As long as you abide by http://www.raspberrypi.org/help/faqs/ and http://www.raspberrypi.org/trademark-rules/ and e.g. http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html you should be fine.

Lots of 3rd-party Pi shops already sell pre-flashed SD cards for example.
