failed to write (no space on device)

Hello Friends,
I am new to raspberry Pi, to watch youtube on my raspberry, i was updating Gnash and plugins, half way thru, i received a message "failed to write(no space on device). my device is 8gb sd card.
would request your help in knowing, how to go about clearing the device.

but to aid futuer problems - your not going to get stella performance from gnash
to watch utube you are going to need other methods

+1 gnash is buggy and only comprable to Adobe Flash version 10, Adobe Flash is now version 14

Minimal Kiosk Browser is a good alternative in Raspbian Wheezy to overcome Abode no longer supporting Flash on the ARM platform
Rather than negativity think outside the box !
RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..

Have you cleared any downloaded files and "sudo apt-get clean"?
