RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...

for me, OpenELEC 4.0 is not working well.
freeze video playback of HD material.
i am not happy about that, but i downgrade to OpenELEC 3.2.3 - the very last well working version (for RPi with 512MB)

by suggerstion of GTR2Fan, i tried RaspBMC and there XBMC 13 is working very well - no freeze an HD video playback.
