Is there Broadcom register setting for low power standby?

I know Pi itself do not have Lower power standby setting by BIOS because it doesn't have one.

but is there a register setting in Broadcom chipset that enable lower power standby and wakeup?

There is no chipset just a SOC, RAM, and USB/Ethernet combo chip. With PSU losses I measure 1.1W. Do you require less? If you do search for some of the weather ballon blog posts and you can read up about replacing the voltage regs.
