RS US Order not allowed?!

Hi! I was trying to order a RasPi last night and when I entered my cc info and pushed submit order, my cc got denied. I called my credit card company and the reason given was: orders not accepted
From this country. I emailed RS, no reply, called
Allied , can't help, MADE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL TO RS, They kept hanging up on me... What???

If you live in the US you will not be charged international delivery if you order from your local RS subsidiary called Allied.
