Fault on Preorder Page..

Hello,

i preordert on this Page.. -> http://authenticate.rsdelivers.com/ and there is a Bug.
If you Check the "Company Delivery Address" and fill it, than uncheck the Company Address. Now is the company textfield hidden again.

BUT!

In the Order-Conformation Mail, is the Company Address still activ.
So your Delivery Address is wrong... you got the Private Address without!!! First and Lastname... but it shows the Company name... so you raspberry pi cant delivered, because the company is not at your private address...

and you CANT change the Delivery address... only cancel the order....

i tried this already... but RS told me, that he cant do nothing, because the orders goes directly to raspberrypi.org (the manufactur). so i need help from the raspberry foundation...

This isn't true - all orders and logistics are dealt with by RS - the Raspberry Pi website and domain is not involved at all.

I can only suggest that you contact them again and speak to someone else, because what you have been told is wrong.

Sounds like you talked with someone who had some bad information.
