Waiting since long time for 'Raspberry Pi with Case' to be released so that I could place my order.
Can any one tell about how long can that take ?

Moreover, can Raspberry Pi be used with old Television sets (perhaps they are analogue type) as monitor ?
If so what kind of resolution do we get ?

See this Q&A with Eben Upton which briefly mentions plans regarding cases for the Pi. In short, it looks like both distribution partners will be rolling cases in time for the general education release. No ETA on that yet.

Yes the Pi can be used with older TV sets via the yellow RCA jack. Display resolution depends on what the television is capable of, but I understand the maximum is approx 720x480.

Thanx Steve. Unfortunately i am currently working in a country where youtube is banned so cannot see that or for that matter most of similar lints on this site. Well that resolution is too less but i hope it would be ok for children or for very basic needs.

Does anyone has any idea of a very small display ? One that i could use with Raspberry Pi and that way it could be my tiny low end comp running on battery. May be 5 to 7 inch screen wud be good enuf.
