Possible or not?

Is there any way to get the Pi to automatically play a tv channel after boot?

So when the pi is turned on it would automatically boot to something and play a tv channel with no user interaction.

Is this possible? Can anyone work out a way how this can be done?

if you can get the RPi to do it you can get it to do it automagically

You want to do two things.
* "Play a tv-channel"
* and do it automatically at boot.

Guess what is the hard part ?
Where is this TV-channel coming from ? is it streamed, is it on cable ? satelite ?
