What kind of case to buy? (power switch installed on pi)

Sat Nov 23, 2013 11:23 pm

I am currently working on setting up my raspberry pi carputer and bought the power switch listed below. I want to buy a case, but most of them seem too small or like the switch would get in the way. Has anyone else bought this switch and been able to use a case with it it or have any suggestions for a good case?

You forgot to post a link to the switch.

You'd either have to make major mods to a fully enclosed case, or buy a wafer case - like this one:

Wafer cases are popular with robotics enthusiasts and pi modders. They give good access to all the pins and pads etc while still protecting the board from most shorts, splashes and static charges.
