Legal issues using logo?

Fri Jun 28, 2013 4:20 pm

My company is in the process of buying a product that was built by a third party.
We intend to resell this product for profit.
This product includes a Raspberry PI and the enclosure has the Raspberry PI logo molded into it.
In fact it is this case here https://www.modmypi.com/multicomp-raspb ... case-white
Our logo is also on the top side of the box and is roughly the same height as the molded in Raspberry Pi logo.

I need to know if we need to make any changes to the enclosure or label to avoid legal issues.

I like what the Raspberry Pi foundation is doing and I have no problem with using the Pi or the enclosure, I simply need some assurance that we are playing by the rules.
