I have just released a version of Arch Linux which has three significant accessibility tools installed and working out-of-the-box:
SpeakUp, the console-mode screen-reader.
Emacspeak, a talking version of Emacs.
brltty, a refreshable Braille display driver.
This image is approximately 750MB in size zipped and can be downloaded from:
http://www.raspberryvi.org/Downloads/
This should be regarded as replacing the first image we released with Emacspeak working but buggy.
