Just used the 24 hour live help on their website, and I was told I would have to contact technical support instead if it"s an issue to do with an order.
Phone lines are now closed so no luck there, I will try e-mail but probably won"t receive a reply until monday when office hours resume.
This is a huge shame, it definitely sounds like Farnell paid for mainland shipping only, and sent the international orders by mistake!
How the hell that happened is baffling, but hopefully they"ll shed light on it soon.
Looks like UPS want to downgrade my upgrade for a grade thats lower than my current gradings!
Seem's like a big cock up on Farnell's part if they have used a courier which won't deliver to where you live. Fingers crossed that the mistake will be rectified expeditiously.
