Barely - assuming of course that it has a MicroUSB output.
700mA can be drawn by the board itself, leaving nothing for any peripherals.
5.2V is just about within USB tolerances.

Just make sure it has a micro USB connector, not a mini one.
I'm purchasing a 13 port USB hub with 3A power supply and each port is indiviually switched.

A name brand charger that has the correct leads for your home and provides 5V 1000ma or 1amp with a micro USB connector should take care of the Raspi's needs, so the supply you linked should work fine I would think.
If you are more worried about ,spelling, punctuation or grammar you have probably already missed the point so please just move on.

Your link gives me a 404 error but I wanted to check something with you.
If you are thinking of powering the Pi from the Hub, that is fine (in fact it is what I do), but you would have to be able to switch off both the output to the Pi's USB Micro, AND the uplink USB input to the hub from the Pi's USB output.
This is because if you switch off the hub port that is connected to the Pi's USB micro power input, it would still draw some power from the other USB lead backfeeding the power. This will then fail as the fuses on the the Pi will cut out at around 300mA causing the Pi to continually shutdown and partially reboot.
If powering completely from the hub, the easy option is just to pull the hubs PSU when you want to shut down.

Annoyingly they've moved the link - http://www.mbeat.com.au then look for the 13 port hub.
The hub is intended for dual purposes which is why I went for the switched version. I also intend to possibly use the power supply as a standalone after doing something strange with the USB connector.
The very first thing when I receive the hub will be to attempt to break into it and possibly play around with it's insides.

From what I could see the Data Uplink from the Pi to the Hub is not switched on that hub, so if you were powering the Pi from the Hub, you will have to unplug the PSU from the hub to switch the Pi off.

Sorry to reopen this one - My new charger has arrived, and outputs 5.2V. Is this still OK for the Rpi?

Yes it is, the polyfuse (according to the schematic) is rated at 6v so allowing for a margin of safety I'd not want to go higher than 5v25.
