Raspberry Pi viewing my PC remote desktop

Hi,

I am planning to buy a Raspberry Pi, connect it to TV through HDMI, and remote connect to my PC.
I have read something about remmina, the app I should install.

But my question is, will this setup allow me to browse, use spotify, play youtube, etc... without any performance issues?

Remote display protocols are not meant for videos.
This results in choppy display updates.
Screencast protocols exist for that , and i know none which
work on the Pi.

Look for and install MobaXterm on your PC. It works great!
