You mean the database management software? It runs on Linux, but is probably compiled for x86, not ARM. Unless you have the source code, and compile it yourself there is little chance you will get it to work on the PI's ARM6 CPU. And also its commercial software, isn't it!
Enea have built a version of Polyhedra for the Raspberry Pi, for use with the Raspbian distro. If anyone is interested in it for a different distro, drop me a PM.
