Microwave Sensor with RPi

Folks,
Can I read output produced by below sensor module? it only produce 5mW. I guess that would be too low Pi. How would I be able to read sensor module from Pi?

It looks difficult to determine exactly what out is or how it detects anything. It only appears to have 5v, 0v, and IF (output ?). Is it just an oscillator at 10GHz ?
