I ordered at 24th of January (6 days ago) keys for both codecs.
Immediately I received an e-mail that there is something wrong with my serial. I didn't enter the 9 leading zeros, my fault. I replied the complete serial at the same day.
Since that day I am waiting. Tried to contact support via email@example.com
, but except one automatic reply with late Christmas greetings and info that staff will be at work again on 2nd of January, I got no feedback.
My order number is #131061. Hope someone can proceed with the process and send me the license keys.
My friends got their keys all within one day, so my case seems to be an exception. Possible reason is, that I forgot the leading zeros of the serial. Payment is for sure not the reason. My PayPal account was charged also on the 24th.
