After placing the order for MPEG2 codec, and confirming paypal, I goto the download files link on the confirmation email
and get : You have requested an invalid product download. Please try again.

So I cannot download the files to be able to view my MPEG2 files.

Can I get this fixed please ?

I must point out when I ordered, the downloads are not the keys. The keys get sent by email a day or two later. The downloads are just PDF files, which explain about /boot/config.txt and how the key when it arrives should be added.

OK. I shall wait then.

I have the same problem. If the downloads explain how to add the keys, then they are still required as I would have no idea how to add them to the boot config.

If I remember correctly its not terribly complicated, just append the key (or multiple keys for that matter) to the end of config.txt.

Anyway, this question isn't about the PI-store, so moving this thread to ordering and shipping.
