Audio adapter for old TV and externally powered USB hub

I'm fairly certain I'm going to get the audio adapter but unsure of the quality of the USB hub. Any guidance would be welcome here.
{sig} Setup: Original version Raspberry Pi (B, rev1, 256MB), Dell 2001FP monitor (1600x1200), 8GB Class 4 SD Card with Raspbian and XBMC, DD-WRT wireless bridge

The audio adapter link is broken.

The USB hub looks OK but I can't comment on the price as I don't keep track of prices on your side of the pond.

Cables are easy.

In the world of cables, for high quality, no BS, and low prices there is monoprice.

USB hubs are tougher. It's hard to find a decent quality hub without paying a seemingly ridiculous price.

That needs to be used with another cable with a pair of phono plugs at each end.

I am aware. I should specify that I have the RCA audio (M-M) that goes with it, I just need with it. In addition, I have extra power supplies for USB hubs so I can power cheap ones that don't draw enough power from the wall socket.
