I didn't get my RPi and "They" blacklisted my email

Wed Jan 30, 2013 2:38 pm

Good day everyone.

I paid raspberry Pi Tue, 16 Oct 2012, 05:33 AM, through PayPal, my reference number is: 1010194869
On December 11, 2012 at 20:11 I received the letter that my order is sent.
From this point any data on a parcel didn't arrive.
At my post office as don't know about this parcel.

Later I found out that RS sent my order through DHL Express, but they don't deliver freights to individuals in Russia.
I asked them to send me the order repeatedly in a different way, however more the answer from them I didn't receive.
At the moment passed more than 48 hours since to me answered the last time. My following letters reject their server with the status:

Two thoughts. One is to set up a free email at gmail or yahoo and write RS from there, but no more than once a week, and make sure your email is totally in English, so their spam filters do not also blacklist that email. You might get a friend with perfect English to proofread your email first, to make sure that grammar errors are not interpreted as due to spam instead of simply mistakes by a real person who is a customer needing assistance.

Another is to post in the main stickied RS thread, so Vic will be more likely to see your problem and try to help. It is sticked at the top of the forum, RS UPdate is part of subject.

Also, if you set up that other email, be sure to give them the other address, your full name, order number and date of order, so they can properly identify your order.

It also may be your email server and not RS that has blacklisted your email, going through a web email interface should bypass that problem.
