Where from can I get the bootcode.bin and all the other files I need for booting the r-pi?

I want to add them to the images of my distribution.

They will be available when the board goes on sale.

Since now there is a disk image available, could you please also provide this files in a separate small archive? This would be great.

We are looking into providing the binaries et al as a separate download. When it happens it happens.

If you are desperate for the files, I suggest you download the image and extract them. It will be quicker than waiting for them to be made available separately.

Presumablly there will have to be a new version of the binaries soon anyway to fix the HDMI overdrive issue.

From where the other Distributions (like Debian, Arch Linux and Fedora) get this fies? And witch distributions has the newest? How can I check if a new Version of the files is available without download the distribution images and extract the files again and again?

Once the board is (finally) released, the bootcode.bin is very very unlikely to be changed. I'm not sure how you date them though. I think the latest one will be on the Debian distro, but worth waiting until final EMC testing is done in case it changes.

Once things are sorted out I am sure there will be a download available. Just not right now. But since almost no-one has Raspi's yet, that isn't a problem.
